Transitions are tough - but we're here to help!

The end of the school year is quickly approaching, and with that comes exams, prom planning, summer jobs, vacation, and preparation for university and college. This can be one of the most rewarding yet challenging times for parents; we want to celebrate these milestones and transitions with our teens, but also need to have open and honest conversations to help them make smart decisions that ensure their health and wellbeing.

Join the Youth Services Bureau and our panel of experts for an insightful discussion on helping your teen handle big life transitions. This is an exciting but often stressful time in their lives, and it is our job as parents to equip them with the tools they need to make healthy decisions. Topics of discussion will include: Promoting and supporting healthy decision-making, eing an ally and a resource for your family, developing coping skills during stressful or difficult times, and more!

All proceeds from Moms for Mental Health will support YSB's life-changing mental health programs for youth. If you would like to make an additional donation to YSB please click HERE.
